Nina has experience in bankruptcy litigation including negotiating and challenging IVA’s and routinely negotiates the purchase of Trustees’ interests in the family home. Nina has also been involved in the firm’s charity dispute work having assisted in preparing for an urgent injunction and liaising with various stakeholders within a major religious institution.
Nina has also been involved with various large complex commercial disputes including a multi-million pound shareholder dispute, a breach of lending agreement involving multi-jurisdictions including, Hong Kong, New York and France, and is currently assisting in a large foreign insolvency fraud representing an accountant in Monaco, again involving several millions.
Nina graduated from University with a 2:1 in Law and thereafter completed the LPC at City Law School. Nina joined West London Law in 2013 and is due to Qualify in January 2018.
Nina enjoys socialising with friends and family as well as cooking and going to the gym.
