Louise is an experienced Litigation Solicitor having worked on a wide range of matters with a particular focus on high value solicitors' negligence cases, defending possession and sale applications, seeking annulments of bankruptcies and challenging solicitors' costs.
She has worked on the reported case Trustees of Beardsley Retirement Benefit Scheme v Yardley  EWHC 1380 (QB) involving the enforceability of lease guarantees. In this particular case a lease guarantee was deemed unenforceable because of undue influence and lack of awareness of the guarantor. The case has also been reported in the Estates Gazette.
Louise has a good rapport with clients and has achieved many substantial settlements for clients.
Louise graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a 2:1 in law and thereafter completed her LPC at the College of Law. Louise joined West London Law in 2004 following the completion of the LPC and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
