We specialise in suing Solicitors for negligence and breach of contract. We undertake a large amount litigation against City firms of solicitors appointed by indemnity panels. 

We take legal action against professionals, predominantly solicitors, for negligence and/or breach of contract and/or breach of fiduciary duty and prosecute high value claims in the Chancery Division of the High Court. We are regularly consulted by clients who find themselves having been let down by professionals who have wrongly advised them or have acted below the appropriate level of reasonable skill and care expected of a professional in their particular area of expertise.

Challenging Solicitors’ Costs

We assist clients in disputing solicitors’ costs and entering into negotiations with their former solicitor firms to reduce bills of costs. We have worked with some of the leading QCs on costs litigation and have obtained some very impressive results for our clients in substantial costs reduction cases.  We advise clients on the non enforceability of Conditional Fee Agreements ("CFA's") and have represented clients in some bitterly contested and complex satellite costs proceedings at the Senior Court Costs Office ("SCCO").
