Defending Nuisance claims

We undertake a large amount of defending nuisance claim work on legal aid by raising various defences. We normally assist those clients who are taken to Court by Local Authorities alleging that our clients have behaved anti-socially.

Some of the claims we have been instructed in have made us become aware that sometimes Local Authorities do not undertake a proper investigation of the allegation whereby they listen to neighbours views without listening to our clients.
