We undertake a large amount of legally aided (publicly funded) defending possession claim work.  We have an excellent reputation in this area due to the number of successful outcomes we have achieved for our clients over the years. 

We also undertake a large amount of private client work.  We negotiate repayment plans with lenders in order to lower monthly payment amounts and also devise a clear plan to pay off the arrears which have accumulated.  This is an expanding Practice area for us at the moment, especially due to the recent credit crisis.
