We advise clients on suing Trustees for having caused them loss for misfeasance and negligence.  The Trustee has various duties to ensure that he or she deals with the bankrupt’s assets properly. 

The Trustee is also under a duty to ensure that he obtains a reasonable market price for the assets of the bankrupt being sold off.
