We routinely advise clients on taking actions against accountants who fail to properly prepare accounts on behalf of their clients which sometimes results in excessive amounts being demanded by HM Customs & Revenue. 

We enter into correspondence with accountants to ascertain the losses caused by their wrongdoing to subsequently arrive at favourable settlements for our clients.  We aim to do this without going to Court.
