We regularly dismiss petitions by raising defences, counter claims, cross claims, set offs and setting aside underlying judgments.

We undertake a large amount of bankruptcy petition defence work.  We routinely defend petitions presented by HM Customs & Revenue and Local Authorities seeking to bankrupt our clients for unpaid Tax etc. 

We also advise clients on defending petitions presented by creditors in relation to business disputes.  We are very familiar with this area and very often use technical defences to stifle the bankruptcy process.
