Defending possession & sale applications brought by the Trustee.

We regularly defend possessions and sale applications brought by Trustees in bankruptcy.  We represent the spouses of bankrupts by asserting their legal and equitable rights in the family home and seek to purchase Trustees interests in property. 

We also enter into negotiations with the Trustee in bankruptcy with regard to the true market value of the home and also assert third party interests.
