DEBT AND BANKRUPTCY : Annulments of Bankruptcy Orders
We routinely advise clients on how to annul bankruptcy orders by assisting clients in paying off their creditors post-bankruptcy and on entering into IVAs. We advise clients on how to avoid paying the DTI ad Valorum fee and on making applications to the Court enabling clients to release equity from their properties, despite having been made bankrupt, to pay off their creditors. We also assist clients in challenging Trustees’ fees. We advise clients on how to cancel a bankruptcy order as in some situations, the bankruptcy order ought not to have been made in the first place. We appeal bankruptcy orders having been made. If a bankrupt enters into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), this also has the effect of cancelling the bankruptcy order. |
